Serving Las Vegas and all of Nevada, seven days a week

Get a quote for a shower trailer anywhere in Nevada

A few minutes on the form, then a call back from someone who runs these trailers

This is the form. It asks for the same things we would ask you on the phone: who you are, where the trailer is going, when, for how long, how many people will use it and whether the site has power. Fill in what you know and guess at the rest. Nobody gets marked down for a soft date or a rough headcount.

If the job is moving fast, skip the typing and call (866) 834-9064. A person answers seven days a week.

The form

Tell us about the job

Everything below is what we would ask you on the phone. Fill in what you know. A rough headcount and a soft start date are enough for us to size the job and tell you what is open. The notes box at the end is the one that does the most work, so use it for gate hours, the surface, hauled water, anything unusual about access. If you would rather talk it through, call (866) 834-9064.

Fields marked with a star are required. What you send here is used to quote your job and for nothing else.

Before you start

What to have in front of you

None of this is required to send the form, but with it handy we can usually size the job on the first call back instead of trading messages for two days.

Headcount
How many people total, and how many hit the showers at the same time. A crew that spreads across a shift change needs fewer stalls than a crowd that all comes off the field at once.
Dates and length
The day you want it set, how long it stays, and whether the schedule is likely to move. Slides are normal here and we would rather plan around one now than hear about it the morning of.
Delivery point
A city, a cross street, or a highway mile marker. Out past Beatty or up toward Ely, a mile marker and a gate description get a driver there faster than a dropped pin.
Power and water
Shore power and a water tap on site, or generator power and hauled water. Both are ordinary for us, but the answer changes what we load on the truck.
Which trailer
Most jobs take the 8-stall unit. Sites that need an accessible stall take the ADA plus 2 unit. If you are not sure, pick that option on the form and we will work it out with you.

After you send it

What happens once the form lands

Your request goes straight to the person covering Nevada, not into a queue. You get a confirmation by email and a short text so you know it arrived, and then we go to work on it.

First we size it. Headcount, how the shifts stack up, how many days, and what the weather will do to demand. That gives us the stall count that actually fits your job, which is sometimes fewer than you asked for, and we say so.

Then we check the board for your dates and call you back with a straight answer on what is open. If a unit is already committed, you hear it on that call rather than three days later, along with what we can do instead.

Last, before anything leaves the yard, we confirm access and hookups. Where the trailer sits, how the truck gets in and back out, gate hours, and whether we are on shore power or running the generator and hauled water. That short conversation is the difference between a clean drop and a driver waiting at a locked gate.

Who calls back

The call comes from the person who covers Nevada

The person who calls you back is the one who covers Nevada for us. They have either hooked one of these trailers up or sent a driver out with one, so you can skip the part where you explain the job twice and wait for someone who knows the answer.

Expect the call to be short and practical. They will confirm what you sent, ask the two or three questions the form cannot, usually about the surface, the turn-in and the water, and tell you what is open for your dates. If you sent the form late at night, the call comes in the morning.

If your job is outside Nevada, the form still works. Pick your state and the request lands with whoever covers that territory instead.

Rather talk now? Call (866) 834-9064. A person answers, seven days a week, for any job anywhere in Nevada.

In a hurry

When to call instead of typing

Emergency and disaster staging

Call, do not fill out a form. If a crew is standing up a staging area and people need to get clean tonight, we need to be talking, not reading.

Same week delivery

If your date is inside the next few days, call so we can check the board while you are on the line and get a truck moving today.

A trailer already on your site

Service questions, extensions, adding a unit or setting a pickup time all go to the same number. That is a phone call, not a form.

Ready when you are.

Send the form and the person covering Nevada calls you back, or call (866) 834-9064 and we will size the job on the first conversation.
